Whatever it takes from forming the aluminum to making the neon it’s all done right in our shop. The returns (the sides of the letters) and the backs are made using .063 aluminum and are welded together as opposed to stapling. Lighting choices are neon units or GO GREEN with LED modules. We make the face of the channel letters with 3/16” acrylic with trim cap bonded to the acrylic which serves as a decoration as well as secures the face to the channel letter. Channel letters can be individually installed OR mounted to an aluminum box (called a raceway) which houses the electrical components. We work with Codes, Management Companies and Landlords to determine your allowable options.
